Weeks 3-5
Mechanics
Breath mechanics, the foundation. Nasal, diaphragmatic, the 1-1-2-1 cadence. We map where your mechanics break down under stress.
Weeks 6-9
Physiology
CO2 tolerance training. HRV you can read and act on. Sleep and recovery architecture. Midpoint re-assessment at Week 8.
Weeks 10-11
State
Your patterns in real time, in performance and in partnership. We name them, interrupt them, then practice holding the whole stack at once.
Week 12
Final Assessment
Every metric re-measured against Week 1. A before/after report, and a clear roadmap for what comes next.
