A 12-week, assessment-based group program that works at the intersection of performance and partnership. Most programs pick one. This one doesn't, because the root of both is the same: your nervous system's capacity to hold what your life is asking of it. We start with a full system assessment to find where you actually are, then move through the three-layer method, mechanics, physiology, and state, to expand your capacity and break the patterns that have been keeping your ceiling in place.

Weeks 1-2
Assessment
Full system assessment: BOLT, CO2 tolerance, HRV, sleep, stress, behavioral and relational patterns. We find your primary limiter.
Weeks 3-5
Mechanics
Breath mechanics, the foundation. Nasal, diaphragmatic, the 1-1-2-1 cadence. We map where your mechanics break down under stress.
Weeks 6-9
Physiology
CO2 tolerance training. HRV you can read and act on. Sleep and recovery architecture. Midpoint re-assessment at Week 8.
Weeks 10-11
State
Your patterns in real time, in performance and in partnership. We name them, interrupt them, then practice holding the whole stack at once.
Week 12
Final Assessment
Every metric re-measured against Week 1. A before/after report, and a clear roadmap for what comes next.
