Shea Fairbanks Performance Institute (“SFPI”, “we”, “us”) operates sheafairbanks.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

When you take the self-assessment, apply for a program, or contact us, we collect your name, email, and the answers you provide. When you purchase, Stripe collects payment details directly (we never see card numbers). When you book a consultation, Calendly handles the scheduling. We store consultation context (event time, your email) to schedule and follow up.

How we use it

To match you to the right program, deliver what you buy, respond to messages, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Calendly for scheduling, Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for the assessment scoring model).

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email coaching@sheafairbanks.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies + analytics

We use minimal cookies required to keep you signed into your client portal and to debounce form submissions. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

Children

SFPI services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to active clients. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
